High Valley Community Center (HVCC) is seeking a Program Manager of Operations & Execution to serve as the operational backbone of our organization. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a professional who finds joy in logistics, thrives on clear structure, and believes that strong operations are an essential act of care for staff and families.

You will turn activity plans into master schedules, coordinate culture, nutrition, tranasportation, design, and program leaders, and ensure our team has the resources and accountability needed to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for the youth of our community.
