General Laborer – JRA Real Estate Development
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our real estate development team. This position will support our construction and development projects by helping with a variety of daily tasks around our job sites.
The ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, willing to learn, takes pride in their work, and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, or general labor is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
· Assist with general labor and cleanup around active job sites
· Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
· Help subcontractors and project managers with daily tasks as needed
· Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
· Assist with basic construction, maintenance, landscaping, and property improvement tasks
· Use basic hand and power tools when appropriate
· Help prepare properties and job sites for upcoming work
· Assist with deliveries, material pickups, and moving supplies between properties
· Perform minor repairs and maintenance as directed
· Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
· Take on other tasks that help keep projects moving efficiently
Qualifications
· Reliable and dependable
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Able to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
· Able to lift and move materials and equipment
· Comfortable working around construction sites
· Willingness to learn new skills
· Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
· Valid driver's license preferred
· Previous construction, maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience is a plus

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Hours vary throughout the week)
Location: Multiple job sites throughout the area (We will meet in Blanca most days)
