1️⃣ University Registrar- The Role: Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all functions of the Registrar’s Office! Reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Management, you will ensure the integrity and security of academic records and our Student Information System (Workday). You will lead a dedicated team, manage registration/grading, ensure FERPA and NCAA compliance, and collaborate across campus to optimize technology for student success.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) + 5+ years of experience in higher education or academic records administration. Experience optimizing modern SIS systems is a big plus!

2️⃣ Director for Veteran / Military Affairs (Job ID: R531)- The Role: Lead the daily operations of our campus Veterans Center! Champion the success of veterans, active military service members, and their families by managing VA education benefits, designing transition programs, and building community partnerships.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 3–5 years of higher education or veteran services experience. School Certifying Official (SCO) experience or familiarity with VA-Once is a major plus!
- Salary Range: $47,400 – $56,900

3️⃣ Budget Analyst (Job ID: R529)- The Role: Play a pivotal role in our financial health! Working closely with the Budget Director, you will help prepare the annual budget, monitor departmental/student club funds, track adjunct faculty contracts, and manage budget transfers using Workday.
- Key Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and comfort navigating complex database systems and financial spreadsheets.
- Salary Range: $57,400 – $68,900

4️⃣ Assistant Director for Housing Operations and Outreach (Job ID: R533)- The Role: Shape the on-campus living experience! This live-on leadership role oversees residential occupancy management, facilities coordination, marketing campaigns, and summer conference housing. You will also manage daily operations for family housing and lead our student work crew.
- Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience in university housing and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
- Salary Range: $52,200 – $62,600 (includes on-campus residence)
