Executive Assistant to the President
We are seeking an exceptional professional for the vital position of Executive Assistant to the President. This role is a strategic administrative partnership designed for a high-level professional capable of managing complex logistics and executive operations.
Role Highlights:
- Administrative Strategy: Manage the President’s complex calendar, travel logistics, and office budgets. You will also oversee facilities coordination for the President’s Office and Marvel House.
- Strategic Impact: Direct Governing Board relations, including meeting logistics, agenda development, and legal compliance.
- Public Representation: Identify events requiring Presidential comment and draft high-level correspondence that aligns with the University’s voice and mission.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Maintain absolute confidentiality while handling sensitive legal and personnel materials.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage high-profile meetings and events sponsored by the President’s Office with a high standard of hospitality.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: A Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: 3+ years supporting a high-level officer; 5+ years within higher education or government is preferred.
- Competencies: Exceptional written communication, emotional maturity, and the ability to thrive under high-pressure deadlines.
Salary: $52,200-$62,600

Director of the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) & Title IX
Serve as the university's primary compliance officer and executive advisor on civil rights, equity, and campus safety. This role provides unbiased strategic oversight and leads our campus-wide safety and prevention efforts.
Role Highlights:
- Compliance Oversight: Serve as the designated Title IX Coordinator, maintaining ultimate accountability for institutional compliance with Title IX, EEO/Title VII, ADA/504, and the Clery Act.
- Investigation Coordination: Act as the primary administrative liaison to external investigative entities, managing case data and reviewing final reports for procedural thoroughness and evidentiary sufficiency.
- Executive Leadership: Provide unbiased, strategic advice to the President and directly supervise Assistant Directors, investigators, and moderators.
- Education & Prevention: Spearhead campus-wide training and awareness programming, including Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking (DVSAS) prevention.
- Conflict Resolution: Provide proactive conflict management and supervise informal resolution processes for matters outside of formal policy violations.
- Collaboration: Â Actively collaborate with university and external partners to help ensure a safe, compliant, and responsive community.Â
- Professional Development: Seek on-going professional development by engaging local, regional, and national partners, associations, and experts.
Candidate Profile:
- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in higher education.
- Proven success managing an active caseload and supporting individuals in crisis or mediation.
- Deep expertise in non-discrimination statutes and Title IX/EOE principles.
- Certified conflict mediator, or a commitment to become certified within one year of hire.
- Exemplary analytical report writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $69,500 – $83,400Â
