Pay: We offer our Peer Support Professional a competitive wage of $20–$27 per hour.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend hours for community events.
As our Peer Support Professional, you'll guide clients through their recovery by sharing lived experience, modeling coping skills, advocating for their needs, and helping them regain control of their wellness journey. From offering peer support in outpatient settings to documenting progress and collaborating with the care team, your compassion, insight, and presence will empower others to take meaningful steps forward.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PEER SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with substance‑use populations
- Ability to obtain a Peer Specialist certification within 90 days
- Must be a current or former client (or family member of a client) of mental health services
- Organizational skills and creative problem‑solving
- Crisis-intervention knowledge
- Ability to observe, document, and report client progress
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to perform light physical work
- Basic computer skills
