THE ROLE: WHERE EMPATHY MEETS RESULTS
Our Family Service Worker has a
Monday through Friday schedule and travels to meet families throughout the area.
You will help families grow stronger, closer, and happier by partnering with local agencies to provide comprehensive support to families and age-appropriate resources to children! This is a highly collaborative and results-driven role where you'll engage with families, learn about their specific desires/needs, and connect them with the right agencies. Always cheerful and professional, you'll engage with infants, toddlers, and young children to help improve their school readiness, psychoeducation, social-emotional skills, and more. You'll also help adults elevate their parenting abilities. You'll find the right agencies/community partners to assist each family's growth and development, making a lasting impact every single day!

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel throughout the San Luis Valley
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfort working with infants, toddlers, and parents
