Pay: We offer our Behavioral Health Clinician a competitive compensation of
$6,000-$7,000 per month.

ARE YOU THE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINICIAN OUR TEAM NEEDS?
If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Behavioral Health Clinician!
- Master's degree (completed or in progress) in a related behavioral health field
- Professional licensure: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
This is a full‑time position, Monday through Friday, serving clients across our offices in Alamosa, Del Norte, Center, and La Jara.
In this role, you'll provide outpatient psychotherapy, develop therapeutic skills, support clients with case management, and collaborate with colleagues for coordinated care. Responsibilities include meaningful client interactions, documentation, and professional collaboration to improve outcomes for individuals and families in the San Luis Valley.
