Hiring Salary Is Dependent Upon Experience.
Hiring range is $107,709.71 - $119,677.45

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Finance, Architecture, Maintenance Operations, Public Policy, or a closely related field. A minimum of three(3) years of progressively responsible experience in asset management and reviewing contracts related to real property and assets. Experience with asset management systems, GIS platforms, and CMMS tools.
