PAY AND PERKS
Pay: Depending on experience/qualifications, you can make $22.18 - $29.94/hour.

ES CASE MANAGER: YOUR IMPACT
You'll be the one in charge of coordinating critical services to people in need and ensuring that individuals receive the most effective, tailored support possible. Prioritizing accuracy and timeliness, you'll assist individuals in need of referrals, transportation, vocational, psychosocial, educational, and community support services. You'll help deliver exceptional support, participating in mobile crisis-paired response as needed. When appropriate, you'll also connect individuals, families, couples, and groups with quality counseling services to ensure people receive the assistance they need to thrive and grow!
EXPECTED SCHEDULE
- Mondays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Tuesdays: 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm
- Thursdays and Fridays: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
ES CASE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in the human services field
- Valid driver's license
- Colorado Crisis Professional certification or the ability to obtain
If you have your master's degree, then 3 years of experience aren't required. You will still need at least some human services work experience.
