Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs
- Handle basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support residents’ or guests’ needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously
- Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures across various surfaces and materials
- Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of different flooring types
- Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics with care
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, bend, and reach comfortably
