Job Summary

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of living areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and supplies
Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
Sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly to uphold health standards and prevent the spread of germs
Handle basic cooking tasks or meal preparation when required to support residents’ or guests’ needs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and courteously
Conduct janitorial tasks such as trash removal, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment in excellent condition

Requirements

Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper cleaning procedures across various surfaces and materials
Ability to perform floor care including carpet cleaning and maintenance of different flooring types
Experience with laundry operations and handling delicate fabrics with care
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, bend, and reach comfortably
