Your Role:
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community visits, and scheduled outings using company-provided vehicle
- Assist residents in and out of vehicles safely and respectfully
- Communicate professionally with residents, family members, and healthcare partners regarding transportation timing and needs
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facility transportation vehicles
- Follow all facility safety protocols, including wheelchair securement and resident transfer safety
- Assist with basic resident needs while on the road (comfort, conversation, support)
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled transports
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support a positive, resident-centered environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Valid CO driver’s license with clean driving record required
- CNA preferred, but NOT required
- Experience working with seniors or in healthcare environments is a plus
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility challenges
- Friendly, patient, and reliable team player
- Able to lift/assist with resident transfers as needed (training provided)
