Your Role
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans that help residents achieve their highest level of independence
- Accurately document treatments, resident progress, and outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
- Follow all state and federal regulations
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Current Colorado Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and documentation skills
