Your Role:
- Oversee the daily maintenance operations of the facility and grounds
- Ensure building safety and compliance with state, federal, and life safety regulations
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Coordinate and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and emergency systems
- Prepare the facility for surveys and inspections
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors as needed
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous maintenance leadership experience preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care
- Strong knowledge of building systems, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Understanding of healthcare safety and compliance standards
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
