Manager of Office Administration and Benefits
Lizzamarie was worked in the Disability Field for the past 30 years. Her journey with Skills Society started 15 years ago. She first started on the frontlines supporting people we serve than in her current role as Manager of Office Administration and Benefits. She values the relationships she has built, and the lessons and knowledge that she has gained along the way.
Lizzamarie is usually the first contact for people seeking employment with Skills Society which means she is often the first contact for new employees as they are commenced into the agency. Her hope is that every new hire shares a strong belief that it’s their responsibility to help ensure that the people we serve live happy and fulfilling lives.
She believes it is important that she treats people with dignity, respect, and kindness in her everyday interactions. A smile goes a long way. She loves the outdoors, whether that is quadding in the mountains, glamping in the Okanagan, fishing or boating with her family and friends.
