Your Role as Business Office Manager
- Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications
- Prepare and submit write-off requests per collection policy
- Prepare daily deposits
- Oversee all Accounts Payable functions
- Oversee all Payroll functions
- Supervise Business Office staff
- Complete additional duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and VA billing practices
- Familiarity with accounting procedures and computerized office systems
- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting resident care operations
